At Vivekanand Business School, the 9-month full-time paid internship is the cornerstone of our PGDM program, giving students an unmatched opportunity to translate classroom knowledge into practical, hands-on experience.

Unlike short-term projects, this extended immersion allows students to take ownership of real business responsibilities, building expertise and confidence in a professional setting.

Across specializations, interns engage in meaningful roles that mirror future career paths: analyzing complex business data, optimizing operations and supply chains, driving AI-powered marketing campaigns, managing HR processes and talent strategies, and executing corporate finance, risk management, and investment projects.

Along the way, they master industry-standard tools and technologies, including data analytics, predictive modeling, ERP systems, HRMS platforms, financial modeling, and visualization software, while receiving guidance from corporate mentors and faculty experts.

This immersive experience strengthens problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills, while building a portfolio of high-value projects that enhances employability.
