TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The institute cannot be held responsible for any denial of Internet service, website unavailability, and unavailability to connect /reach voice/non voice support or any other reasons, beyond the control of the institute. Application Form Fees once paid will not be refunded. Exception being in case of multiple payments made by same student. I hereby certify that the particulars furnished by me in the application form are correct. I undertake that I will not associate/involve myself in any unlawful activity. I undertake that I will neither smoke nor consume alcohol. Drugs or any other intoxicant, within Institute/hostel premises. I certify that I have never been debarred from appearing in any examination. I also declare that no police inquiry is pending against me. I fully understand and undertake that I will attend all classes as per institute time table. I also understand that I will not be allowed to appear in exam, in case my attendance falls below 80% level. I undertake that I will submit my final result before last date of admission failing which I will have no claim whatsoever and the institute may cancel my admission. I also clearly understand that if I am found to be directly/indirectly involved in any case of ragging at any stage of my stay in the institute/Hostel, the institute will have the right to expel me from the institute and the hostel and register a criminal case against me, as per the direction of Honourable Supreme Court of India. In case of dispute, the decision of Director shall be final and binding. I have read and understood the rules of discipline of the institute which are mentioned in the prospectus and I shall abide by them. I also fully understand that in case of any violation, I can be detained in the trimester, rusticated, or expelled from the institute. I hereby agree, undertake to pay fees, the dues as levied by the authorities from time to time in the due date.

ONLINE FEE POLICIES :

VES’s Business School, Chembur, Mumbai-400074 considers the protection of your personal information important and shall take necessary care to safeguard your privacy. If you decide to access the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and Our Terms and Conditions of use. Our Policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure, if any, of personal information is very strict and we adhere to the best of practices to guard your personal information with care.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission :

Online transaction charges are not part of the Fee. The following transaction charges shall be applicable: Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards: As applicable The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach the VESBS account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that fee is deposited well in time. VESBS shall not be responsible for any not settled fee payment due any reason. The VESBS also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. VES’s Business School does not warranty the availability of online Fee Payment System every time. VES’s Business School will not be responsible for fine exemption if the last day student fee transition fails. We strongly advice that submit the fee through Offline or Online Payment System before the due dates.

Refund / Cancellation Policy :

Technical issue : In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official ERP, but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the VESBS’s account receives the payment. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in VESBS’s account.

Multiple Payments Case: If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the school will refund the payment after the VESBS’s account receives payment. Which should take 7-10 working days for the back payment or we can adjust the amount to the next month fee as per Payers request.

Other Payments Case: In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the parent has to directly contact the Institute and the Institute’s decision would be final.
