Prof. Vidhi Parikh
Biography
Prof. Vidhi Parikh is a faculty member in Business Analytics, specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. She teaches postgraduate courses in analytics and emerging technologies, with a focus on blending theoretical foundations with practical, real-world application.
With an engineering background, Prof. Parikh is proficient in SQL, web development, Java, Python, and RDBMS. She has completed multiple professional certifications in web analytics, data analytics, and data engineering, further strengthening her expertise. Prior to joining academia, she worked as an Associate Consultant at Oracle for nearly two years, where she gained hands-on experience in technology implementation and business solution design.
Prof. Parikh has also developed generative conversational AI applications using large language models as an independent practitioner, actively exploring advancements in this rapidly evolving domain. Her academic work extends to research in predictive analytics and the role of Generative AI in customer relationship management.
She remains committed to fostering analytical thinking, technological proficiency, and industry-readiness among students, equipping them to leverage data for informed and impactful decision-making.
