Prof. Jyoti Dixit is an assistant professor at Vivekanand Education Society's Business School. She has completed her MMS in Finance and Bachelor’s Degree from Mumbai University. She has cleared MH-SET. She has published various papers in national and international journals. Her interest areas are mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and family firms.
