Prof. Kshitija Pandey


Biography

Ms. Kshitija is a marketing professional with wide industry and academic experience. She believes to learn, contribute and grow in a world class leading organization with a focus on people development. She likes to build upon her skills and leverage her competencies to lead teams to achieve success. She strives to balance personal and professional life in an organization with values of integrity and respect for people.

Kshitija is Graduate in Botany from Jai Hind College and holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from IIM Bangalore; specialization in Marketing & Strategy. Currently, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Symbiosis International University in the area of consumer behaviour.

Over a span of past 15 years, she worked with NIIT Ltd. managing their sales & marketing for their training centres in Pune territory ensuring generating their regular business increasing their network & reach. After perusing sales, she moved to Branding with Johnson & Johnson with their Permacel unit for managing their Branding and marketing activities for “Kavach” Brand. While she was on her brake for her family, she managed her family business of glass cutting tools and cutters.

Later she was associated with SPJIMR Mumbai to manage their PGPM Program for administration, promotion and teaching. Followed by teaching at V.N. BRIMS Institute of Management Studies; Thane, Mumbai for MMS and PGDM Program.

Her interest’s areas are Marketing, Branding & Consumer Behavior & Strategy

She is avid music listener and sports players.
