Dr. C. G. Prakash
Biography
Dr. C G Prakash is a first class Mechanical engineering graduate and an Operations management post graduate from Mumbai university .
He is currently employed as Area Chair - Operations & SCM at VBS His teaching interests are in the areas of Business Statistics , Operations Analytics , Project Management , Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) , Advanced Supply Chain & Supply Chain Analytics . He is also the Associate Dean and has been entrusted with the responsibility of Executive Education at VBS.
He has had a long and distinguished career in the industry for about three decades and have held leadership positions in reputed companies like Godrej and Boyce ,TATA Steel , Tata InfoTech , Tata Consultancy Services , Accenture in addition to successful stints abroad.
