Biography
Radhika Kiran Kumar is working as Assistant Professor at VBS. Her areas of research focuses on rewards, motivation, employee satisfaction, retention and human resource planning, Gen Z. She has presented and published many research papers in national and international Journals in her area of interest. She has taught various subjects like Organization Behaviour, Rewards Management, HRM, HR Planning & Application of technology in HR, OD and change Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Research Methods, Business Ethics.
